Escape on one of our day trips from Madrid to the wine region of Ribera del Duero for a special wine tasting and gourmet lunch at one of the best vineyards in Spain. You will be picked up by chauffeured sedan at your hotel or apartment and taken to the helipad at Cuatro Vientos airport just 15 minutes from the center of Madrid. There your helicopter will be waiting to take you on your journey to the vineyard just an hour flight away.
The flight will take you over the Royal Palace of San Lorenzo at Escorial, continuing over the Guadarrama mountain range to the spectacular views of the Cathedral and Alcazar of the medieval town of Segovia, then heading north west towards the Ribera del Duero wine region. In your final approach to the Ribera del Duero region you will have an excellent view of all the surrounding vineyards.
Upon arriving you will immediately begin your visit with a 4×4 tour of the vineyard and private viewing of the bodega, followed by the a wine tasting which you will sample the various award winning wines produced by the bodega. After the tasting you will be able to relax and enjoy a full Spanish gourmet lunch, of course accompanied by your favourite wines from the tasting. Once you finish your leisurely lunch the helicopter will be waiting to take you back to Madrid.
